Refund Policy

cool-off period

In the event that you have placed an order for a website design product and change your mind, for whatever reason, we will cancel your order and refund your payment upon receiving a written cancellation request from you within 24 hours of placing your order.

Your written cancellation request must include:

  • your business name
  • your full name
  • your telephone contact number
  • your bank account details

Approved refund payments will be paid back to you less any merchant fees that may have been charged to us by 3rd party payment processors.

discounted products

Discounted products, promotional offers and special offers are not eligible for refunds.

domain registrations/renewals

Domain name registrations/renewals are paid in advance annually to the domain registry and not eligible for refunds.

design services

Design work carried out is not eligible for refunds.

hosting services

Our website hosting packages are paid in advance annually to our hosting providers and not eligible for refunds.
